Cancellation Policy

eViagra, an online distributor of reliable medicines, makes effort to fulfil all the orders received. In some cases, the order might be cancelled. This might happen due to stock unavailability, while some times it can be due to payment troubles, such as insufficient funds or fraud orders.

In case of order cancellation, eViagra reaches out to the customers and notify them with a valid reason for cancellation. If the cancellation occurs post the payment is processed, then a refund will be initiated for the amount. It will be refunded in your preferred mode of transaction. In case, you opt for paper check, the order will be cancelled if we don’t receive the desired amount in the due time. 

Customer Cancellation Request

In case, you wish to cancel an order, then you must contact our Customer Service Center at the earliest. Once an order gets in the process, we can no longer cancel the order. After 12 hours of being placed, Orders may be processed. Hence, it is important that you check your order before submitting it, for nay faults or misses. Contact us immediately in case you have placed a wrong order.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

When eVigara cancels an order the customer gets the within 10 business days for credit card or electronic payments. It might take longer in case, the payment is made by paper check or money order. Refunds for check or money orders are sent only to the billing address mentioned while placing the order.
